It is for non-technical business teams who want a hands-on, practical command of Anthropic's Claude for real work — writing, analysis and document tasks. No coding is involved.
Do I need prior AI experience to take this course?
Some basic familiarity with AI helps, and the Novice path (AI 101–104) is recommended first, but the course is self-contained and beginner-friendly. No coding or technical background is required.

How long does it take and how is it delivered?
It is fully self-paced and online. You work through a series of modules, each ending with a short knowledge-check quiz, and you can start, pause and resume any time. It is a deeper, intermediate-level course with roughly ten hands-on sections.
