Who is AI 203 Microsoft Copilot for?
It is for office teams that work in Microsoft 365 and want to use Copilot effectively across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. No coding is required.
Do I need prior experience or a Copilot licence?
No coding background is needed. The course explains Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and per-seat requirements so you understand what is needed to use it; the Novice path is recommended first.
What will I be able to do after completing it?
You will be able to use Copilot across the core Microsoft 365 apps, understand how Microsoft Graph grounding and permissions affect its answers, and apply it to real office work.
How long does it take and how is it delivered?
It is fully self-paced and online. You work through a series of modules, each ending with a short knowledge-check quiz, and you can start, pause and resume any time. It is an intermediate-level course with roughly ten hands-on sections.

You earn a badge for each module you complete, the competencies tied to those modules, and a Rana-AI Tech Certificate of Completion for the course. Course badges also count toward your overall rank in the program. In the Applied path, course badges count toward the Master rank.
